Fitness ConsultantThe Fitness Consultant is responsible for promoting and selling memberships to potential new members and selling renewals/upgrades to current gym members. Front Desk AssociateThe Front Desk Associate will greet and direct members, guests and staff as they enter the gym and provide control of the front door location. This position will provide assistance to members’ requests along with inquiries about gym operations & policies as well as perform various administrative duties as directed by the Gym manager or Operations supervisor. General Gym ManagerThe General Gym Manager has overall responsibility for effectively managing all facets of a particular gym location to include customer satisfaction, effective recruitment and selection, proper training of the staff, employee personnel issues, sales & membership solicitation, facility cleanliness while ensuring the club is achieving projected membership/sales goals as well as all other established Personal TrainerThe Personal Trainer is responsible providing customized fitness programs to the customer that include education and guidance on proper nutrition, cardiovascular exercise, resistance training and other programs to help the member achieve their fitness goals.
