Meet our Fitness Coach!!

Introducing our resident fitness coach Estee Murray Ross. Estee has been a dedicated fitness enthusiast for over 20 years. She was certified as a group fitness instructor in 1993 with both ACE and AFAA and when on to get her Personal Training Certificate. She has worked advising member on fitness and weight management at the Gold's Gym in Chelmsford, Choice Fitness, and Lattitudes in Methuen, MA. Estee works with individuals of all ages and fitness levels with a special interest in youth fitness. She has brought kids fitness programming to Gold's with FitKidzRock! Which includes group fitness classes, nutritional recommendations, and one on one training is especially designed for teenagers and children.

Feel free to ask Estee any fitness questions you may have - Here at Gold's Gym Tewksbury we have an open door policy!! We offer very affordable Personal Training for all budgets - Starting as low as $25.00 per session. You can reach you weight loss and fitness goals more quickly and efficiently by working with one of our certifed trainers.
