Come visit our newly remodeled facility. The new location is 1985 W. 5600 S. (directly west of our current facility)The renovations will add 10,000 sq. feet of workout space to the gym. Included in the list of improvements is the first Cardio Cinema Room in Northern Utah. The Cinema room has a big projector screen that is equipped to show full-length movies to cardio exercisers. We have included his and hers Saunas, beautiful locker rooms, and we also offer NEW Precor cardio and workout equipment to make the gym more state-of-the-art. We look forward to seeing you there.

Gold's Gym in Roy has an excellent selection of cardiovascular equipment; including ellipticals, treadmills, recumbant and stationary(upright) bikes, and steppers. We also offer an awesome variety of group exercise classes, such as Les Mills BODYPUMP, BODYSTEP, BODYATTACK, along with Yoga, Pilates, and Spinning, the list goes on, while at the same time always maintaining our core wieghtlifting tradition.
