Gold's Gym Milford, conveniently located off Rt. 16 in the Quarry Square Plaza (across from T.J. MAXX) now entering it's tenth year in business, offers over 60 pieces of Cardio equipment, a full line of circuit equipment, seperate freeweight training area with all of the top equipment manufactures represented (Hammer Strengh, Cybex, Icarian, Body Masters, Precore, Life Fitness).  Please feel free to stop by and take a tour of our facility. Included with each membership is a free orientation with a certified personal trainer.*  This gives you an opportunity to sit down one on one and go over any questions or concerns you may have regarding your exercise routines.  We highly recommend this even if you have exercised at a gym before.
