ovember 2006 was a big month for the quaint town of Mount Dora, Florida when Gold's Gym opened its doors on the corner of St. Rt 441 & Donnelly Street.  For the first time, members of the town and neighboring towns were able to workout in one fo the largest gyms in all of Central Florida.  Incorporating over 45,000 sqft. of space, the Mt. Dora Gold's Gym has something for everyone! Whether your goal is to increase your muscle mass, tone up, or just to stay healthy, we have all the tools you need to turn your goals into reality.

All of our state-of-the-art cardio equipment including bikes, treadmills, and eliptical machines are equipped with headphone jacks so you can watch TV on one of our 12 large-screen televisions.  In the mood for a movie?  Step into our top quality Cardio Movie Theatre where you can work off those pounds while watching a newly released movie.  Movies change daily and run throughout the day to ensure you will never be bored.

For those looking to bulk up, we have a full range of free weights and an Advanced Training area for those serious about results.  Circuit-training, a private woman's gym, and our "Kiddie Gym" are just some of the additional features we offer.  After a hard workout, relax with a hydromassage, sauna and shower.  Beautiful clean locker rooms include newly designed private showers, sauna, tanning, and spacious lockers.
