Personal Training

 One on One education. This is our premier service that most of the clientele will get involved with. This premiere program encompasses all facets of the five components of fitness.

1) Nutrition: It all comes down to calories burned versus calories consumed. We provide education on managing your calorie budget and offer full menu plans with food you enjoy formulated around the First Law of Thermodynamics. A practical and convenient way to eat for the results desired.

2) Cardiovascular Conditioning: Mathematically calculated Target Heart Rates for clients to yield the biggest benefit with the least amount of effort for the desired goal. The F.I.T.T. Principle application will educate and provide structure for most clients.

3) Supplementation: Providing nutrients without the calories to put the body in the ultimate state to change appearance or performance. Real science background to support all natural substrate and delivery systems. Educational advice for the proper regimen without supplements or under usage.

4) Resistance Training: Proper biochemical integration to insure increases in lean body mass and maximize fat burning machinery. Full postural analysis and correction of most postural deviations. Increases with structural integrity as it relates to individual goals and emphasis.

5) Professional Assistance: Taking the guess-work out of all program design. Going from point A to point B with convenience, practicality and results.
Our fitness professionals provide you with motivation to push through the workout and have fun while doing it, education to not only show you how to change your life but teach you what you need to know to keep your results that you have attained, and accountability to push you father than ever before. Being accountable is the difference between knowing where you're going and getting there.
