We have added a new class called Kickboxing!  This is a great way to burn calories while toning and working your abs, arms and  legs.  Come join Elizabeth in this awesome workout.  You will feel great!

Gold's Gym has reduced hours on Memorial Day.  Our hours are 9am ro 6pm.
