Are you GETTING your TEN!?!
2 Strengths each week + 1 Cardio = 10 Visits a month!
We are a health club dedicated to helping members of the Suwanee community to get healthy, by offering weight training, cardio classes, strength classes, flexibility trianing, small group training, tanning, childcare, Zumba, chiropractic, massage, physical therapy, Perx Advantage discount program, and MORE! ...We do this withOUT taking you away from your family, work, or life!
REMOTE CHECK IN's (RCI) - are a way to record ANY activity that you do outside of the gym, at home, or on the road for work or vacation!
We want our members to achieve 10 fitness "visits" a month or more to get and stay Heart Healthy. Your ten visits should consist of:
2 STRENGTH sessions ( or 120minutes min)
+ 1 CARDIO session (or 60 minutes min)
= 10 fitness sessions a month approximately!
If you are doing CARDIO at home, outside or elsewhere, text us at 678-769-5523 with: "RCI first/last name" and we will check you in to record that fitness activity!
