My name is Nick Parmigiano and I am a Physical Therapist from Hobe Sound, Florida.  I received my Masters Degree in Physical Therapy and Bachelors Degree in Health Sciences from SUNY Stony Brook in Long Island, New York.  Since graduating, I have become a Certified Kinesiotaping Practitioner, Certified Infant Massage Instructor, Functional Movement Specialist, and ACE-Personal Trainer.

In my experience, many patients who have injuries would like to be able receive Physical Therapy and learn what they need to do on their own after they are discharged to an exercise program.  Many patients have to place their gym membership on hold while they attend Physical Therapy, and when they return to the gym, they sometimes re-injure themselves.  KB Fitness, LLC will be providing Physical Therapy services to Gold’s Gym Stuart members and non-members, so that upon discharge, the patient can continue to progress himself/herself safely in their gym environment with a Physical Therapist on location to assist and guide them.  KB Fitness, LLC accepts Medicare Insurance.  Each session is 60 minute duration, with 1-on-1 attention.  You will not have to wait for the therapist to work with one or more other patients while he is working with you.
