With four Group Exercise rooms and over 60 classes per week - you are sure to find several classes you will enjoy! Group Exercise is an excellent way to keep variety in your workouts, stay motivated, meet other members, and most importantly - have fun!
  • ABS - 10 minutes of pure ab training. Trim your tummy and waist-line while promoting good posture and lower back strength.

  • ABC PILATES (Abs, Butts, Core) - A powerful workout concentration on the ABC's of the body, your abs, butt, and core.

  • ATHLETIC INTERVALS - A class that involves cardio and strength training intervals.

  • BODYJAM - A powerful 55 minute workout set to the latest music and greatest dance moves. Its cardio fun at its best for those with a passion for movement. You will burn calories, increase your fitness levels, and learn some great dance moves.

  • BOOT CAMP FITNESS - We are on a mission to get you fit. Join us for challenging, intense workout to help you break through plateaus, boost your metabolism and reach your goals.

  • CARDIO PUMP - Combining weight training, cardio moves and Buso to work the upper body to the max. Burns lots of calories while toning the entire body.

  • CARDIO DANCE - A dance oriented cardio workout with emphasis on having fun and enjoying the movement! Dance style varies from week to week so you will always have a blast.

  • FITNESS KARATE - A great class incorporating all types of martial arts for an extreme workout.

  • KICK BOX / BODYCOMBAT - An empowering athletic workout that will have you "Fighting Fit" in no time. A fiercely energetic experience for all fitness levels.
