What sets Apex Fitness Systems apart from typical weight-loss and fitness programs are the foundational 5 Components of Fitness. The 5 Components consist of menu plans, cardiorespiratory activity, dietary support, resistance training and personal assistance.
Most programs isolate one or two of the components and try to convince you that these components are the keys to success. For example, the makers of an exercise machine sold in an infomercial promise to deliver a "new you" in 30 days or your money back. The truth is, without all five components, the chance for longterm success is difficult if not impossible.
Volumes of constantly changing information exist on food intake, cardiorespiratory activity, dietary support, resistance training and proper application for specific goals and individuals. However, with the vast information available, it becomes an improbable task to deliver and administer only what is specific to a person's needs. Our job is to access all the data, filter out the unnecessary or incorrect information and deliver only what is most appropriate for the individual and his/her goal, sparing the fitness professional and client frustration, lost time and wasted money.
