Body Attack
Body Attack is a 55 minute class with two aerobic sections to challenge your cardio fitness and stamina. The class consists of a warmup, Mixed Impact, Aerobic, Plyometric, Upper Body Conditioning, Running, Agility, Interval, Power, Lower Back Conditioning and Cooldown. In this class you're sure to burn lots of calories, tone and shape your body, raise your overall fitness and stamina, improve coordination and agility, gain a strengthened core and increase heart and lung fitness. This Class is a MUST for Those Serious About Their Fitness!
