5:00pm WEDNESDAY and 9:30am SATURDAY ViPR classes are FREE with membership. ViPR, the latest advancement in resistance training, offers unlimited applications to every modality~cardio, martial arts, core, yoga, Pilates, and strength. Every modality is performed at a cardio pace, and provides a core strength, cardio and a flexibility workout.
Roberto Melani, International Presenter, Group Fitness instructor and Gold's Gym Personal Trainer, will teach the ViPR. Participation is limited to 22 PARTICIPANTS

7:30am-8:30am MMA CONDITIONING w/ PAUL HOYOS, Karate champion and mixed martial artist provides an intense core based total body conditioning class. These classes provide interval style strength, power, agility and flexibility training to give you a hot, lean, fliercely ripped body.

GOLD'S GYM SOMA IS A LICENSED, OFFICIAL SPINNING SITE. ALL INSTRUCTORS ARE MAD DOGG CERTIFIED TO TEACH SPIN.
Our 60 minute classes will get you in peak cardio endurance, and cardio power shape. We advise wearing cycling shoes with SPD pedal clips or a harder soled shoe. Work at your own level. Call FD to reserve bike. We encourage you to try each of our certified and wildly exciting Spin instructors. A one hour SPINNING class will burn approximately 800-900 calories. High Intensity training drills can pop that calorie deficit above the 1200 mark, when calculated over the 12 hours following class
