Total Body s=Sculpt Wednesdays at 9 will be Gina or Lee
HIIT/Tabata ABs 6pm will be Lee
YOGA2 tuesday moving to 5pm start with Noelle april 9th.
Pilates plus will be with Noelle Tuesdays @6pm
Jeanette will be taking over Tuesday @5am cardio sculpt
New instructor Lee will be teaching CROSSTRAIN wednesdays @6a. Challenge yourself!
