Class Schedule

Thanksgiving weekend schedule:
Thanksgiving - Turkey Burner
Burn a 1000 calories before you eat a 1000 calories!!!!
8.30am-10am - BodyCombat/BodyPump (each class will be 45 minutes)
 
Friday:
No 5.30am BodyPump
All other morning classes will be going as scheduled.
No PM classes
 
Saturday/Sunday
All classes will be going as scheduled.
