Strength Training/CardioRay "Rock" Oliver is a veteran of weight rooms in college and professional sports spanning 22 years and several All-Americans and Pro Bowlers while working with some of the biggest names in coaching. Oliver, currently a strength and conditioning coach in the NFL, has also worked in the NBA, as well as the SEC, Big East, Big 12, and Conference USA. Among the coaches he has served are pro basketball Hall-of-Famer Larry Brown, future college basketball Hall-of-Famers Rick Pitino and John Calipari, and ESPN college football analyst Mike Gottfried. His experience includes pro stints with the 1992 Tampa Bay Buccaneers of the NFL and the 1996-97 New Jersey Nets of the NBA, as well as a three-year run as the strength coach for the U.S. Ski Jump team from 1989-92. Oliver has developed strength and conditioning programs for 10 sports: Football, men's and women's basketball, volleyball, wrestling, track, soccer, golf, tennis, swimming, gymnastics. |
