Dr. Vranich is currently the Sex and Health Editor of Men's Fitness Magazine and the Lifestyle Editor for Muscle and Fitness Hers. Her expertise has awarded her the opportunity to serve as a frequent guest expert on CNN's Anderson Cooper, Good Morning America, Court TV and Fox News. She has been widely published in outlets such as Jane Magazine, Latina Magazine, The New York Post and America Online. Additionally, Dr. Vranich is frequently quoted in magazines and newspapers nationwide including The Wall Street Journal, Cosmopolitan, New York Magazine, Seventeen, and Parenting Magazine. Dr. Vranich also wrote the book, The Seven Beliefs: a Step by Step Guide to Help Latinas Recognize and Overcome Depression and an upcoming book on the psychology of athletes. Dr. Vranich served as the Director of Public Education at the Mental Health Association of NYC and as a consultant at the National Mental Health Association in Washington, DC. Additionally, Dr. Vranich has worked as the director of an outpatient clinic at Jacobi Hospital Center, as a school psychologist in the South Bronx, and with parolees and their families as part of the Brooklyn Aids Task Force. Dr. Vranich's doctorate is from New York University and her internship was at Bellevue Hospital. She currently resides in New York City. |
