DeSimone has a degree in Dance Education from Hunter College, C.U.N.Y in New York City and has earned certifications from the American Council on Exercise, the American College of Sports Medicine, the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, Motherwell Maternity, SCW Pilates and Spinning. DeSimone has consulted for the NJ Board of Education to bring health and fitness programs to inner city children. She has also worked with the American College of Sports Medicine to develop a community outreach program to motivate and educate employees of NYC government agencies on how to start on exercise program. An expert on exercise for the inactive market, DeSimone lectures frequently for women's groups, corporations such as Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley, and hospitals including New York Presbyterian Hospital and Hackensack University Medical Center. DeSimone's fitness advice has been featured in a variety of publications, including, Family Circle, Shape, Parenting, Prevention, Health, WebMD, Women's Health and Fitness and more. |


Grace DeSimone has been involved in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years as an instructor, trainer, manager and presenter. DeSimone is currently an instructor for Gold's Gym, Paramus NJ, where she teaches her signature circuit class and has developed a group personal training program.
