In his 7th year now with the Fitness Institute and his 10th season as the head trainer/nutritionist on The Dr. Phil Show, Reames has co-hosted and led all of the show's weight loss challenges while helping contestents, guests and viewers alike to help improve their health and well-being by employing a unique and highly successful philosophy of healthy weight loss, resistance training, biomechanics, cardiovascular training, optimum nutrition, proper rest, optimum stress management to achieve complete transformation and personal best.
