I love working out and spending time around the city with my hubby, baby girl and puppy! Cycle is one of my favorite ways to get moving though I only ride my bike on the road slowly. Come try my class for a little mix of everything to get you going! I love having people make requests too so expect your favorite songs.

What led you to group fitness? I LOVE taking classes, especially when the instructor loved to teach them and had that spark to get you going, so I decided to do it for others! I try to let my excitement for working out and the tracks get through to my classes.
How do you spend your time outside of the gym? Well, I’m recently a new mom – so that’s a lot of my time! I also teach Special Education in Baltimore City. If I’m not inside (which is as little as I can) I love to be hiking or walking around the city where I live. I also have a love for hot yoga!
Some advice for our GGX class members: Try everything more than once! It’s not always fun being new at something and not that “good” so always come back to it more than once.
