Power Yoga – The art and practice of Power Yoga involves a blend of strengthening, balancing, and flexibility postures combined with meditation. The result is improved circulation, a light and strong body, and a calm mind.
Cardio Kickboxing with Ralphie – Fluid martial arts movements that are easy to follow and choreographed to fun, energetic music. 40 minutes of kickboxing with 20 minutes of cross training with weights and agility drills. No prior experience needed. Your are encouraged to go at your own speed. Bring a towel, water, and ENERGY!
Boot Camp: Sports specific drills, interval training, plyometric training, anaerobic segments including jump rope, sprints and other drills. This class will provide the ultimate full body workout and will challenge you.
AKUA -This class will help improve coordination, speed, power and skill with multi directional movement. Thiis class develops the foundation of strenght, endurance, and power.
Akua will warm you up and challenge you in this one hour strength, endurance, agility, and speed work out.
Cycling with Ralphie-This class is an excellent fat burning/ cardiovascular conditioning workout using indoor bikes. You will experience a different ride every day with a variety of drills, terrain and intensity levels.
Body Pump -The original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. Challenge all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for and fast
Basic jump rope intervals with body weight strength moves and let’s not forget core. All levels welcome. 45 minutes is plenty for this class! Jump rope provided or bring your favorite.
