Not having an athletic background, weighing in at 220 lbs and not being able to get rid of it for years, Jeethu joined the gym. That began her weight loss journey and her love for fitness. Understanding the frustration and hardship that one goes through physically and emotionally trying to lose weight, and the help that one needs during the process, she decided to become a trainer herself.
Jeethu considers herself both a coach and a student in all the fitness things she does. She loves to teach people and help them accomplish their goals, and at the same time, she feels there is always something new she can learn, learn better or master a technique.
