For moms and women just like you! Some of our boot campers just need to jump start their fitness and wellness program. Some are tired of the same old workout routine and are looking for a new challenge and refreshing way to stay fit. Most of our campers have some history of exercise, but it’s not required. We make the program just right for any ability level. Remember, ALL FITNESS LEVELS ARE ACCEPTED and ENCOURAGED TO TRY!
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball are offered for resistance. A chair is available if needed for seated or standing support.
