Utilize and strengthen your powerhouse your deep abdominal muscles, obliques and lower back in this class that combines the precise movements of Joseph Pilates with traditional fitness elements. Aerobics rooms are air conditioned, please dress in layers if sensitive to temperature.
Strength is an intense 30-minute team training session that will blast all major muscle groups and take your training to the next level. It builds strength and tones lean muscle, it puts your metabolism into overdrive to burn fat for hours after the workout and it stimulates the production of growth hormone, which will help reduce fat and help develop lean muscle.
A yoga class targeted for the mainstream fitness participant. Integrates body and mind through yoga poses for total performance with focus on strength, conditioning and flexibility. Consists of 35 minutes of cardiovascular work, plus 15 minutes of muscle toning.A great way to firm and tone your body while having fun in the water.
