Featuring the Optimum Performance Small Group Training Room which offers: high intensity interval training (H.I.I.T), Sports Conditioning, Kid’s workouts, boot camps, stretching and proper techniques courses. Youth Performance (Futures) ages 9-11
Mondays & Wednesdays: 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm
Tuesdays & Thursdays: 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm
The Youth Performance or “Futures” program focuses on the development of speed, agility, quickness, and coordination while still keeping the class fun and engaging for the kids. Kids will also get a foundation in proper lifting and movement mechanics.
Middle school (Ballers) ages 12-14
Tuesdays & Thursdays: 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm
The Middle School “Ballers” program focuses on power, coordination, speed, agility, weight lifting, reducing the risk of injury in the ankle, knee, and hip and developing confidence.
High school (Elite) ages 14-18
Mondays & Wednesdays: 7:00 pm to 8:00 pm
The “Elite” program is for the dedicated athlete who wants to take their game to the next level, and/or for the athlete who is tired of riding the bench. The program focuses on weight lifting, power, speed, agility, reaction, reducing the risk of injury, and developing a winning mindset.
