Fitness and nutrition has been a big part of my life for many years. I have been with Gold’s Gym for over a year now. My past athletics have included track and field, cross country and various endurance racing. I also have many years of experience with weight lifting and functional movements. Exercise has become such a big passion for me that I wanted to transition into sharing my knowledge and support to help others achieve their fitness goals. I believe that with confidence and hard work anyone can be successful.
