As a former athlete, I’ve been a fitness enthusiast for over 20 years. As the Fit Coach at Gold’s Gym, I am passionate about imparting my knowledge of exercise and nutrition to my clients in order to help them become excited about achieving their short and long-term objectives. I encourage my clients to engage in total body workouts utilizing compound movements to gain strength and boost metabolism for goals ranging from improved athleticism to weight loss and toning.
