NASM certified Personal Trainer with a bachelor’s in Psychology. I decided to become a personal trainer because as a kid I was very shy and struggled with my weight. I first got into fitness to just lose weight, but as I kept going I not only saw physical changes in my body but I saw changes in my confidence. It made me realize fitness isn’t all about the physical aspect but about your mindset too. My goal is to show clients that they can do anything they put their mind too and that fitness can change your life for the better.
