The Elite Athletic Development Program includes a variety of exercises, movements, and techniques designed to maximize your athletes overall fitness, strength, and speed.
The athletes will learn running technique, change of direction with specifics on body mechanics. The strength component will include functional movements performed at an intensity appropriate for their age and training level. The focus will be on creating full range of motion and create movement patterns that will enhance their athletic on field performance.
Typical program outcomes for each athlete include improvements in speed, agility, strength, and recovery time. These elements combined with overall improvements in body awareness help to reduce their risk of injury.
