In January, Central Plains had its second Fitfest! Gyms offered new GGX classes; CX and RPM, along with hour-long classes that allowed members to try out each class for 10 minutes. Member favorites like Zumba and BodyPump were packed, with some gyms seeing long lines form 15 minutes prior to class just to get in. On Wednesday, Boardwalk Fitness Manager Tevin Burnett promoted Fitfest and 50th Anniversary on Kansas City Live with some help from the Harlem Globetrotters, who appeared right before our segment.
