My passion is to help progress my customer s to their ultimate fitness goals. If you have a goal in mind, I will create a customized training program, which will include strength and cardio routines and outline nutrition and or supplemental needs. I have been involved in fitness activities all my life and enjoy playing team sports. I also participate in Yoga, Pilates, and Zumba courses. I am always thorough and take in to account each customer’s specific needs and create safe and effective routines that are well structured and enjoyable. I keep my knowledge up to date and continue to educate myself ongoing with weight-loss, strength, endurance, and performance enhancement programs.
