Link Barton has been a vegetarian going on 7 years and has a passion for plant based nutrition and what it can do for the mind and the body. He considers himself to be a functional trainer and enjoys building self-confidence in his clients. Link is a former soccer captain and has studied boxing and boxing aerobics while living in Chicago. His philosophy is that exercise should be fun and goal driven to achieve the best results. I work with people who want to lose weight, stay in shape, or are up for a new challenge. In his free time, he enjoys to cook, explore local parks (walking, hiking, and running), and painting.
