I am a fan of Yoga, Spin, Group Classes, Bootcamps, Total Body Circuits, HIIT training, and good old fashion lifting weights (although I like to add my own touch to the workouts). I have come back from rehabbing a bad knee, multiple times. I know what it takes to get back to living your life, the way you want to live it before an injury.
