One of the best ways to get in cardio exercise is through cycling. With indoor cycling classes in our spinning room, you can pedal your way to better fitness in a high-energy group setting. Your group instructor will lead you through different variations of resistance with tv screens showing simulated terrains you will pedal through from around the globe. With spinning classes at our Fayetteville Fitness Center, you can ride our bikes any time of the year, rain or shine!
Our health club offers not one but TWO forms of spin class, spin and RPM. Spin is a format created by the instructor with each class allowing for the instructor to emphasize any one particular ride, such as hills, power, endurance, etc. providing the member with a new challenge every time. RPM is a Les Mills program that is formatted to strategically align the ride for the best member benefit, every ride.
