Starting in January on Wednesdays at 10:30am we will be holding a new class, Barre Sculpt! Barre Sculpt is a fusion of traditional ballet movements and targeted muscle toning progressions. Using resistance bands, balls and your own body weight, you challenge your body with controlled movements, creating the long, lean muscles dancers are well-known for. It will help you develop muscle awareness and improve your posture. This is not a traditional ballet class so all levels are welcome and you do not need any experience to enjoy the benefits of of this sculpting workout!
