Connor is certified through the National Personal Training Institute as a personal trainer as well as a certified nutritional consultant. Having worked with a personal trainer throughout high school, he learned the importance of living a healthy lifestyle. Connor now takes pride in his knowledge of fitness and carries it over to all of his clients. Some of his specialties include: Fat Loss, Strength Training, Sports Endurance and Conditioning, and Flexibility. He is willing and able to work with any person and with any goal and is confident he will bring out their full fitness potential.
