The youth fitness program is designed to bring back the essential movements of play! This class will improve your child’s skills in sports, resistance training, agility and coordination in a simple, safe way. This class will teach your children the joys of exercise. This is also a great way to get involved in exercise yourself! As a parent you are welcome to participate with the kids, in fact it is encouraged! Getting your children involved in exercise at an early age is so important. Don’t let your children become sedentary, get them involved in exercise today!
The youth fitness program is taught by Maria Adamczyk, a certified group fitness instructor at Gold’s Gym Exeter.
Ages are 12-14 years
$30 total for the 6 week course
Class meets every Saturday at 11:00am and last approximately one hour
6 Week session will begin January 4th
