Les Mills GRIT is here. 30 minutes of high intensity intervals that will change your body and your life. Challenge yourself with 3 different routines, STRENGTH, PLYO, CARDIO. There is not a faster way to meet your fitness goals!
GRIT classes are held fives times per week! Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9:15am. Wednesday evenings at 6:15pm. Friday evenings at 4:45pm and Saturday mornings at 9:30am. Purchase a package and come twice per week to any class!
