Matt Baker is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Council of Certified Personal Trainers and just graduated from Lindenwood University with a major in Kinesiology (Exercise Science). This has provided him with an extremely thorough knowledge of how training affects the body.
Exercise and fitness has been a part of my life since I was in middle school, lifting with my father. Once I was in High School I really hit my stride in sports with Football and Wrestling. This introduced me to power-lifting. After High School I joined the military and spent over 4 ½ years serving. During my time in the military, I was put in charge of training overweight soldiers to help them meet weight and fitness standards.
I make it my mission to help each and every client meet their specific goals, as well as giving them the knowledge of how to attain their goals. The end result being: Making fitness and healthful living a part of their life.
