I’ve been training since the age of 16 and always had a special interest in this field from then on. Once that passion took ahold of me, I then decided to attend college to further increase my knowledge behind the science of fitness and nutrition. It’s my goal to not only to coach, but to teach you how to maintain a healthy lifestyle while reaching your goals. I specialize in athletic enhancement, which I develop programs that includes: plyometrics, agility/speed training, and strength/power development. I am also available to help people achieve other goals whether it’s weight loss, strength gains, lean body mass gains, or rehabilitation.
