I’m thrilled to be a part of such an awesome fitness team. Gold’s Gym has been a great place to work at, but, I don’t see it as work, I see it as an adventure. A chance to get fit, train hard, meet new people, and make lasting friendships. That’s not working, that’s bonding, that’s opportunity to increase all the richness of this world.
I have been part of the fitness industry and connected to the Les Mills program based out of New Zealand for some time now and I am internationally trained in the following disciplines:
BODYPUMP since 2010 which is a strength training class set to the most contemporary music and moves that create the REP Effect and bring change to the muscles.
BODYATTACK since 2014 which is a high impact work out that builds strength, agility, and fitness by taking the body through interval training.
RPM since 2014 Which is Les Mills Spinning. Great music strategically set to choreographed moves that help build muscle strength and improved the heart rate while decreasing body fat and lowering cholesterol levels.
BODYCOMBAT since 2016 which is a mixed-martial arts class that helps members move to power music with every martial arts technique one could imagine.
I am a school Counselor by day and fitness instructor with all my spare time so my life is devoted to helping others.
