What led you to group fitness? My ultimate goal is to lead a fit life and motivate people to do the same.
How do you spend your time outside of the gym? For me, continuing education is a way to stay current with the latest fitness industry trends and training strategies. I always set personal goals to achieve new certifications and learn new techniques to deliver safe and effective work out. I have a special interest in human anatomy and physiology so I read a lot of scholarly articles and keep myself informed.
Some advice for our GGX class members: Fitness is a journey and if you are willing to start this journey, you have GGX instructor’s right by your side. Every program that Gold’s Gym offer has great fitness benefits for everyone. Just take your first step and you have the entire team scheduled for you to give you the best work out ever.
