Started my fitness journey in 2006 at Golds Gym Dundalk. My first class I ever took was BodyStep, immediately fell in love with with this program. From there I branched out taking other formats. Lesmills classes changed my life. Took my first certification with BodyPump in 2012. I grew with other formats, currently just finishing my last certification in 2016 with Sprint. I currently hold 5 lesmills formats.

Education/Certification: Certified in BodyPump, BodyStep, BodyJam, BodyFlow, and Sprint. Hold advance training with AIM 1 & 2 BodyPump, and currently AIM 1 advance training in BodyJam.

What led you to group fitness? My love for fitness, and group fitness is like a family, being around others who inspired me and encouraged me to take a leap of faith. My journey started like so many, overweight, non-active, and group fitness changed my life, made exercising FUN!
How do you spend your time outside of the gym? I spend time with my family, I have 3 wonderful kids and my fiancé. I spend time with my friends who have also supported me in everything I do. I love to dance, and I enjoy football.
Some advice for our GGX class members: Don’t be afraid to try something new, step outside of your comfort zone. You are stronger then you think and we are a team and we support each other.
