I love to teach to help others reach their fitness goals, to encourage people to try new things to challenge their bodies and to grow to be able to do things that they couldn’t do before and to have general good health and wellness.

What led you to group fitness? My love for fitness and helping others.
How do you spend your time outside of the gym? Reading, walking Dogs, church activities and spending time with family.
