This class features dynamic flowing sequences of postures linking breathing and movement. Class begins with postures to warm up all major muscles and joints, and then moves into a flowing series to build core strength, balance, flexibility, and endurance. The class finishes with a meditation to bring you into a deep relaxation that will release the stress of your day. The emphasis of this class is on alignment, safety and fun. All levels of participants are welcome.
