Low Impact Exercise in our Health Club!
Our gym is a proud participant of the Silver & Fit and Silver Sneakers programs. Our personal trainers and group class instructors have several low impact exercise classes and training programs to help increase range of motion and stamina in seniors. These group exercise classes are a great way for the young at heart to stay fit and is a fun way to be social as well!
