At Gold’s Gym Chapel Hill we know people don’t always have time to get in as much of a workout as they would like. Our Douglasville gym offers a 11-minute circuit total body workout to help you fit in your physical fitness routine. Our circuit consists of several stations of machines where you perform varying exercises and move quickly from one exercise to the next with short breaks in between. This will allow you to hit all the major muscle groups while also raising heart rate giving you the benefit of a great cardio workout as well. This workout will help you burn through fat and sculpt a leaner, more athletic body while getting in the best shape of your life!
