If you are looking to tone up your muscles and build a lean and strong looking figure, this is the class you should be attending! POWER is ideal for these body wish list items because it’s a class based around lifting. Plate loaded bars are used to add weight and resistance to challenge and push yourself past limits you never thought you would reach in a class. In just a few short weeks, you will notice you are able to lift heavier weight, your endurance is significantly higher and you’ll also see that you aren’t looking half bad!
With the RIDE instructors being so vocal and upbeat, you can’t help but lose yourself in this class- the environment is unlike any other! After pumping, pushing, and pedaling with all of your might, you are going to work up a sweat! And what does it mean when you are sweating? That’s right, you are losing weight! Your leg muscles will receive such a hard workout, they will become trim and tight looking in no time! The cardio workout that RIDE provides will aid in fat burning and increase endurance as well. Grab a couple of your friends and head to ZUMBA class for a workout that feels like a wild and energetic dance party. ZUMBA gives you a great cardio workout and helps you gradually become more limber in your joints thanks to all of the unique movements!
If you have been searching for challenging ab exercises to assist you with that toned tummy, come on down to CORE! This class is absolutely one of the best ways to strengthen your abdominal muscles. CORE can be as advanced and challenging as you need it to be. But for those of you with lower back or other issues,the instructor of your CORE class can modify any exercise to fit your specific needs. Isn’t that great? Just because you may have a physical limitation preventing you from doing a few particular moves, it doesn’t mean you can’t get results by doing another motion!
