You’ve heard about full body workouts. You have seen people participating in classes at the gym that involve them, but have you ever taken part in them yourself? If you haven’t you are REALLY missing out!
Full body workouts are the way of the future in more ways than one. Read below to see how YOU can benefit from switching up your workout regimen to a full body workout routine!
1. YOU WON’T BE WORKING OUT FOR HOURS
This is the GREATEST benefit of doing full body workout routines. You save time! Most of us want to be in tip top shape, but we don’t like to spend hours in the gym waiting for equipment and certain free weights or cardio machines to be free from other users so that we can get in a turn. If you are like the average gym goer, you have things going on after your work day. No matter if its running your kids around, errands or whatever your schedule may hold, you can still get in 4-5 days of exercise time! Most full body workouts can be covered within 2-3 days a week, which is AWESOME because this gives you the time to devote your energy and effort to other tasks that may need your attention!
2. THEY ARE THE ANSWERED PRAYER FOR THOSE WHO WANT TO LOSE FAT
Are you looking for fat loss from your workouts? Look no further! Full body workouts are what you need! Because full body workouts are set up to get you working each muscle group at a minimum of twice a week, they are IDEAL for fat loss and won’t be asking too much from your body.
3. HOME WORKOUTS ARE IDEAL FOR THEM
A lot of you could be reading this article and thinking, “Well, this is all great, but I really don’t have the time to drive out to the gym. That will take up too much of my day.” Hey, I get it! But, guess what? Full body workouts are exactly what you need if you have such a hectic life! Equipment choices are often limited for those who work out at home but all you need is yourself, a floor and your living room furniture and you are set up to go!
4. YOU WILL HAVE A BETTER RATE OF RECOVERY FOR YOUR BODY
A main reason people don’t get to progress through the week in their workouts, is because they are too sore from moves they have done in their previously done routines! For one, no likes to be sore for extended periods of time from their workouts. I mean, we all like to feel like we benefited from what we did, but only for so long! Who doesn’t want to feel recovered so they can give it their all for their next workout? You’ll need at least one day off between each full body workout. This will give your muscles the maximum recovery time that they need.
