If you enjoy free weight training, you’ll love our Gold’s Gym DeWitt strength training area. We’ve packed it with free weights ranging from 2.5 lbs. to 120 lbs, and all the weightlifting equipment you could need – squat racks, Smith machines, power racks, and more. Strength training is one of the most popular of all physical fitness programs. It has many health benefits, including improved stamina, weight loss, reduced or eliminated back pain, and, of course, increased strength.
